Back from Vacation

Two days ago, I looked over at my boyfriend, F, and I said, "What's the date today?" He said, "The 24th." I said, "Then I've been living in Amsterdam for six months." We were going to celebrate, but we forgot. Two days ago we were in Rhodes, Greece. I'd never been there. I'd never been a lot of places I've been to now. In a week I start my intensive Dutch language course at the University of Amsterdam. I'm looking forward. As I sat on the beach in Greece I was studying Strong Verbs. I want to be ahead of the curve when class starts. We got in from Greece at 3:00 last night. Neither of us slept well. Now I'm on edge and ready to be left alone.
