It's late Sunday evening. My sister, Kathy, and one of my getuige, Patty, left this morning. Fred and I took them to the airport and came home and cleaned up the dishes from the dinner party we had last night. Then we slept like a couple of tired old dogs, and woke up and had dinner with my other getuige, Bob. Bob'll be here for a couple of weeks.
This weekend was exhausting, but really beautiful and totally perfect. I'll write more about it and post a few pictures tomorrow - and give a few details. (I was just tired of seeing that last post.)
Here's a picture of our cake, which was part of the perfect part. It was white cake with a lemon curd filling and a marzipan/fondant icing. Wendel, a woman I know from knitting, made it. The cake was beautiful and really good. The two little men on top were a gift from Bob.

Hi Andy, I have seen you around SnB a couple of times, but never really spook with you. I heard Wendel made your wedding cake and I was very curious to see. What a beautiful cake it is. Congratulations on your wedding.
