I just watched Kill Bill, Vol. 2 for the second time and I have to say that it is SUCH a good movie. Uma Thurman is amazing. I've said for months since I saw it the first time, that there's a scene towards the beginning that had me completely squirming in my seat. I walked around the room this time.
The rest of the movie is so smart and well done. The story is fabulous, the special effects are great. Uma is absolutely stunning. It's evil and it's black humor in its highest form. Of course I really liked Fight Club for the same very dark reasons. And I liked Quenton Terintino's other flicks as well, so maybe I'm biased.
This isn't much of a review, but I liked it a whole lot!
