Something happened here at the company and someone coughed up some money and we got new blinds. I am a very happy guy today. I hadn't realized how much I was squinting until, one day last week, after squinting for two hours, the sun went behind a cloud and I was allowed to not squint. What a relief.
It's these little things that make me so happy.
I hate to discuss the weather, but for the record, the sun is out again. It rained cats and dogs early this morning, but it was clear when I left for work. It's cold now, and it's just going to get colder. I like the cold.
